• All prices are per person and day with half board, including the Ratschingserhof wellness programme. Depending on availability, the price increases by 5 to 15 euros for short stays of 3-4 nights.

  • The single room supplement (limited number) is approximately 40 euros per day.

  • The rooms are ready on the day of arrival from approx. 4:00 p.m. If you plan on arriving after 7:00 p.m., we ask you to please let us know.
    On the day of departure, please leave the rooms by 11:00 a.m.

  • Dogs: On request, your four-legged friends are welcome, but not in all our rooms (20 euros per day, without food). Please bring your own dog bed.

  • The deduction for rooms with just breakfast is 6 euros per day per person.

  • If you arrive by train, we will gladly pick you up at the train station in Sterzing.

  • Should you request a specific room number, we will try to reserve your desired room, but we cannot make any guarantees.
    Slight deviations in the pictures of the rooms and suites are possible.

  • In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, we kindly ask you to inform us in due time. If it is no longer possible for us to re-book the room, cancellation fees will be charged.
    The deposit paid in advance will not be refunded.

  • All prices are subject to formatting and printing errors.

  • The prices do not include the tourist tax of €3.40 per person (from 14 years) and day paid on site.
